One address, read by a person. Write to us and we answer within one business day — usually much faster.
How to reach us
What helps us help you
- The email address you used on the site — it is how we find your plan.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- For a payment question, the date and the last four digits of the card. Never send the full card number.
Common questions
- I paid but can’t get in. Ask for a fresh sign-in link on the sign-in page with the address you paid with. If nothing arrives, check spam, then write to us — we can see whether the email was delivered.
- I want a refund. The 7-day guarantee and how it works are in the Terms, section 5. Write to us from the address on the account.
- I want my data deleted. One email is enough; see the Privacy Policy for what we keep and why.
